Door hieronder mijn handtekening te plaatsen, ga ik akkoord met de volgende voorwaarden:

1. Ik zal strikte vertrouwelijkheid bewaren en geen informatie die ik tijdens mijn bezoek aan de bedrijfsruimten van Planet X STORM b.v. en haar moeder-, dochter- en gelieerde ondernemingen (gezamenlijk "het Bedrijf") verkrijg, openbaar maken aan personen of organisaties buiten het Bedrijf, noch hier ongeautoriseerd gebruik van maken.
2. Ik erken dat de informatie die ik tijdens mijn bezoek kan verkrijgen vertrouwelijk is en intellectueel eigendom van het Bedrijf en/of haar klanten omvat, zoals speelfilms, televisieprogramma's en andere producties, kunstwerken, literaire, dramatische, grafische en muzikale werken, planningen, bedrijfsplannen, financiële informatie, ideeën, uitvindingen, technieken, processen, computersoftware en -hardware, formules, ontwikkelingen, experimentele werken en bedrijfsgeheimen.
3. Ik ga ermee akkoord geen ongeautoriseerde foto's te nemen in de kantoren van het Bedrijf of van haar medewerkers zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming, noch audio- en/of visuele opnames te maken tijdens mijn bezoek zonder dergelijke toestemming.
4. In het geval dat mij toestemming wordt verleend om foto's te nemen of opnames te maken tijdens mijn bezoek, draag ik hierbij alle rechten, titels en belangen, inclusief het wereldwijde auteursrecht, die ik kan hebben in en op dergelijke foto's en audio- en/of visuele opnames over aan het Bedrijf. Ik doe uitdrukkelijk afstand van alle zogenaamde "morele rechten" en reproductierechten met betrekking tot dergelijke foto's en opnames.
5. Ik ga ermee akkoord geen materialen aan te raken of te verstoren die op de bedrijfslocatie worden tentoongesteld, inclusief maar niet beperkt tot rekwisieten, schilderijen, maquettes, apparatuur, posters en replica's.

By placing my signature below, I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. I will maintain strict confidentiality and will not disclose to any person or organization other than Planet X, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies (collectively, the "Company"), or make any unauthorized use of any information I acquire as a result of my visit to the premises of the Company.
2. I acknowledge that the information I may acquire during my visit is confidential and includes intellectual property of the Company and/or its clients, such as motion pictures, television programs, and other productions of the Company and third parties, artwork, literary, dramatic, graphical, and musical works, schedules, business plans, financial information, ideas, inventions, techniques, processes, computer software and hardware, formulas, developments, experimental works, and trade secrets.
3. I agree not to take any unauthorized photographs within the Company offices or of its employees without express written consent in advance, nor to take any audio and/or visual recordings during my visit without such consent.
4. In the event that I am granted authorization to take photographs or make recordings during my visit, I hereby assign and transfer to the Company any and all rights, title and interest, including worldwide copyright, that I may have in and to such photographs and audio and/or visual recordings. I expressly waive and agree not to assert any so-called "moral rights" and rights of reproduction in and to such photographs and audio and/or visual recordings and the results and proceeds thereof.
5. I agree not to touch or disturb any of the materials on display at the Company's premises, including but not limited to props, paintings, maquettes, equipment, posters, replicas, etc.
